Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily affairs of the back kitchen, strengthen post management, rationally allocate subordinate work, and improve kitchen work efficiency;

2. Implement various rules and regulations, lead the backyard personnel to implement the operating procedures conscientiously, standardize the operation, and avoid personal injury and equipment accidents;

3. Explore the rules, grasp market information, strengthen accounting, do cost analysis, and earnestly supervise and inspect basic work.

 

job requirements

1. Engaged in chef work for more than 3 years, proficient in cooking, good at special dishes, and have a certain ability to innovate dishes;

2. Diligent, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, obey the arrangement - work location flexibility;

3. Familiar with food hygiene and safety knowledge, food material control awareness, and strong work planning;

4. Adapt to shifts and efficient working environment, with a high degree of professionalism;

5. Serious and active, strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, able to be independently handle the operation and management of the backcourt;

6. Backcourt team management ability, in line with corporate values

Salary: Chongqing: 5.3K-7.5K Suzhou: 8.6K-11K

 

Salary composition: basic salary + performance
